Escentric Molecules Escentric 04 (launched in 2017 by perfumer Geza Schoen) is a futuristic sandalwood-themed Eau de Toilette centered on the synthetic molecule Javanol, which trades natural warmth for a translucent, crystalline quality. It bursts open with zesty pink grapefruit peel, lime, juniper berry, and pink pepper for a fresh, effervescent start. At its heart, orris and a blend of soft rose elements add floral refinement. The dry-down evolves into a sheer woody base where Javanol mingles with the slightly sweeter Polysantol, backed by ambroxan, labdanum, iso E super, musk, and vetiver—creating a clean, fresh-woody aura that’s both subtly radiant and lingering.
