Cabotine de Grès EDP, first launched in 1990, is a bright and cheerful floral-fruity fragrance built around the now-iconic ginger lily note. It opens with juicy accords of mandarin, peach, black currant, cassia, coriander, orange blossom, and plum, followed by a lush heart featuring tuberose, hyacinth, jasmine, violet, rose, freesia, ylang-ylang, and, most distinctively, ginger lily—a floral that Cabotine helped introduce to perfumery. It closes on a soft, powdery base of vanilla, musk, amber, tonka bean, sandalwood, vetiver, cedar, and subtle civet.
